This program is designed for people who want to build a real, sustainable career in film, video, photography, YouTube, or acting. It’s for everyone who loves the media arts and wants to build a successful career. It is very supportive for autistic and ADHD creators who thrive with structure, clarity, and direct feedback. Over four weeks, you’ll meet live with Peter Simmons online in our interactive platform, complete weekly assignments, and receive personalized guidance to help you move from “dreaming” to “doing.”
The goal is simple: help you create a clear path, build a portfolio, and start earning money doing what you love. Get a job, become a freelancer or get sponsors and investors. Your path to success begins here.
What you will learn.
Week 1 — Identity & Direction
You’ll define your creative identity, discover your strengths, clarify your goals, and choose a direction that fits your brain and your life. You’ll also learn how to present yourself and begin building your network. This is the starting point to your 90 day action plan.
Week 2 — Where to look? How to find the jobs and pathway.
You’ll learn how to create genuine win‑win situations with clients, collaborators, and casting directors, and you’ll discover where real opportunities are—how to find them, how to reach the right people, and how to stand out. You’ll refine or build your portfolio, understand what to make and how to present it, and begin assembling the pieces that clearly demonstrate your talent. By the end of the week, you’ll have the first steps of your 90‑day roadmap taking shape.
Week 3 — Getting Work & Making Money
Building on everything you’ve learned so far, you’ll explore the real steps to getting paid work, clients, or sponsors. You’ll learn who to approach, how to make your first pitches, and how to land your first paid jobs or opportunities with confidence. You’ll continue shaping your 90‑day plan while beginning to map out your 1‑year and 5‑year goals, and we’ll create a simple accountability system to help you stay consistent and supported as you grow.
Week 4 — Your 90 Day Career Plan
You’ll finalize your 90‑day roadmap, shape a long‑term plan, and learn how to stay flexible, creative, and consistent as your career grows. We’ll create a custom plan tailored to your goals, strengths, and preferred path, giving you a clear direction for the next 3 months, 1 year, and beyond. You’ll leave with a confident path forward and an invitation to join the advanced community for continued support.

About Peter Simmons
Peter Simmons is a filmmaker, teacher, and creative mentor with over 40 years of experience in film, television, media production, and creative entrepreneurship. His work spans award‑winning films, national advertising campaigns, educational media, and collaborations with leaders across entertainment, business, and public service. He has sold and produced more than $10 million in projects and successfully raised funding for both a television pilot and a motion picture.
Peter has directed and produced work for organizations such as IBM, Discovery Channel, major financial institutions, international travel companies, and nonprofits across the U.S. and abroad. His creative journey includes behind‑the‑scenes work on a short film featuring President Barack Obama and Vice President Kamala Harris, as well as collaborations with Kevin Harrington of Shark Tank.
As the founder of MrSimmonsTV, Peter helps people around the world build income and sustainable careers through film, video, travel, wellness, and the creative arts. His teaching style is intuitive, warm, and improvisational, offering students the structure, encouragement, and clear direction they need to grow.
